At PinkCherry, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a fit isn't right, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
